Downers Grove is a Puppy’s Paradise
Being an animal lover has made it tough for me living in the city. I always felt it impractical for me to own a pet living downtown because of the inconvenience. Although plenty of buildings allow dogs, I would feel bad having a dog in an apartment. When I decided to move to the suburb of Downers Grove, IL, I also decided to buy a dog, since I finally could.
I adopted a beautiful lab mix named Castro. Castro was a very young dog, so he was incredibly hyperactive. He was definitely going to make very good use of the big lawn surrounding my new house. It wasn’t difficult to find a house with a large back yard; there are plenty of them in Downers Grove. I opted for a smaller house with a bigger lawn that I found through Real Estate In Downers Grove. I was very excited to find the house. I was also thrilled to have found such a dog friendly town.
Not only did Castro and I spend countless days rolling around in the yard, we also took advantage Downers Groves’ many parks and green areas.
He loves being walked through the city of Downers Grove. I think I might just get another dog!
